Community catalogs
Community catalogs lists catalogs visible in the selected community context. Use it to discover collections of products published for an industry or professional domain.
Community catalog browsing is not the same as managing a company's catalogs. The community view follows catalog visibility and access rules; joining a community does not make private company catalogs visible or editable.
How to browse catalogs in a community
- Expand a joined community under Explore Communities in the Sidebar.
- Select Catalogs.
- Confirm that the intended community is active.
- Browse or filter the visible catalog list.
- Open a catalog to review its description and products.
You can also open a community summary and select its Catalogs counter or View all from the featured catalogs section.
Why a catalog may be missing
- it is not associated with the selected community;
- it is private or otherwise not visible to the current user;
- it is still a draft or is not published for discovery;
- the current community or filters are not the ones you intended.
Community catalog versus company catalog management
The community list is a discovery surface. A company workspace's Catalogs page is the management surface for catalogs the selected company can maintain. Permissions, ownership, publication state, and subscription features determine which management actions are available there.
